It’s been a month of announcing births and giving birth in celeb world! It seems a new star announces their pregnancy every day, from Amanda Holden, to Beyonce to Sienna Miller who recently shared her happy news. We’re eagerly awaiting the growing bumps and the arrival of the new born mini me’s. Not to mention the fashionable (or not) maternity wear!
Amanda gained press attention last week after being photographed on numerous occasions teetering around in sky high heels. The talent show judge was later admitted to hospital and gave birth to a daughter, Hollie Rose.
It seems no sooner had Beyonce shared her growing bump at the MTV VMA’s back in August had she actually given birth to Baby Blue Ivy Carter. The star gave birth in a luxury hospital suite, reportedly complete with four flat screen TVs and a kitchenette. With an arrival like that and Oprah (potentially) your godmother, what could possibly go wrong?
The 30 year old actress recently announced her pregnancy with boyfriend Tom Sturride. There’s still no official confirmation from Miller or her representatives but sister, Savanna tweeted that she was ‘THRILLED’. We can only assume what that means.
The 22-year-old was pictured showing off her baby bump at the premier of the Muppet’s film in London recently. Peaches recently revealed her son is due on April 24, the same as her late mother’s, Paula Yates who died at the age of 41, from a drug overdose. “I feel like it’s a little wink from my mum,” she said.
Garner has been in the press a lot lately and the mother to be shows no signs of slowing down despite being the late trimester of her pregnancy. The heavily pregnant actress battled the fatigue this week by continuing her errands, including taking her three-year-old daughter Seraphina to Starbucks, and even bought a new car for her ever increasing brood. Jennifer married actor Ben Affleck, also 39, in June 2005.As well as Seraphina, the couple have a six-year-old daughter, Violet.
The Hills star is set to become the reality show’s first mum! Kristen recently announced that she and fiancé Jay Cutler, are going to be parents. “We are thrilled to announce we are expecting our first child together. It’s an amazing time in our life and we can’t wait to meet the new addition to our growing family.”
Five months after boyfriend Alex Reid proposed, the couple announced their big news. The news seemed even more special when Chantelle revealed she was likely to conceive due to low fertility. “Maybe it really is a miracle,” she said.
Model and actress Molly Sims revealed her baby was conceived on honeymoon and is due at the end of June. “Our little bundle of joy is a honeymoon baby, due at the end of June. A first pregnancy is a nerve-wracking experience of course, but mostly we are just thrilled and excited. We can’t wait to meet him or her”.
Jessica Simpson held onto her news despite her rapidly growing bump but eventually confirmed the news last year in October. She told US OK! Magazine, “Well, now I can eat anything I want and no one will care. It’s just sort of a rule with pregnant women.”
The list of expecting celebrities seems never set to end. Who will be next?
