This green silk dress was so comfortable, albeit a little static prone. The fact that it has a softly elasticated waist and loose fit certainly appeals, especially for Spring/Summer 2011. It would keep you cool whilst obeying this season’s trend of mid length dresses. I have been searching high and low for mid length dresses and skirts and the high street does not seem to have catered for it as much as I would have expected or liked, at least up until recently.
There’s some lovely detailing to the dress that gives it that something special. The elasticated waist, the ankle skimming hem at the back and the higher flower petal shaped hem at the front. Then there’s the black mesh towards the shoulders and down the entire back and the cute pockets on the breasts and buttons down the front centre.
The attention to detail makes this green dress girlie and sexy. The silky material feels so smooth and sexy. This dress really made me feel much more feminine… and I’m really much more of a tom-boy than a fluffy-girl.
With accessories such as sunglasses perched on the head, bright red heeled shoes and a bright yellow cardigan you can look vibrant, summery and on trend with block colours.
